Stairlift Warranty

We realise that our customers will only purchase one stairlift in their life time so they need to know that the product will be reliable and if in the unusual circumstances where a stairlift may breakdown they will get full aftercare.

All the stairlifts (incl Reconditioned) that we manufacture have a 12 month warranty as standard. This covers all parts and labour should there be a problem. We also give a free service at the end of the 12 months. If your decision is to rent a stairlift from us the stairlift comes with a lifetime guarantee and a free service every year.

Stairlift Warranty

Our warranties cover from 1–5 Years. The first year is included as standard. If you require anything up to 5 years warranty we can build this into your quotation. You can buy a warranty at anytime to cover your stairlift even after 5 years from purchase.

Aftercare is 24/7 – 365 days of the year. If you have purchased a stairlift from us and your stairlift breaks down and the warranty has run out you will get the same speedy service. We have local engineers in every county in the uk.

Just to remind you all the stairlifts that we install are very reliable pieces of equipment and in some cases have a 99.6 % reliability rate (accredited) which is why we offer such a reputable stairlift warranty.
